Operon is one person. This page says plainly what is collected, what isn't, and how to have anything stored about you deleted.

The free checks run on your device

Both free tools — the six-question snapshot on the homepage and the eleven-question continuity check — run entirely in your own browser. Your answers are turned into your result by a fixed checklist on your machine.

If you ask for a copy by email

At the end of the continuity check you can tick a box and enter an email address to have your plan sent to you. That tick is the only thing that ever sends anything. If you do, this is stored:

• The email address you typed
• The business name you gave, if you gave one
• The severity rating your plan came out at
• The finished plan — the same document already on your screen
• The time you consented, and the time it arrived

Be clear about what that plan contains: it quotes what you typed, including the role or person you named. Your answers aren't sent as a separate list to be analysed, but they are inside the document you asked me to send, so treat sending it as sharing them. Nothing beyond that is collected: no IP-based profile, no device fingerprint, no advertising identifier.

Your plan is then emailed to you, and a copy is emailed to me so I can follow up. I use it to reply to you about your own enquiry. I do not sell it, rent it, share it, or add you to any list you didn't ask for.

How long it's kept, and how to delete it

Stored leads are kept for 30 days by default and then deleted, unless we're actually in conversation about working together — in which case I keep the thread while it's live.

You can have everything deleted at any time, for any reason, without explaining why. Email [email protected] from the address you used, or tell me which address to remove, and I'll delete it and confirm when it's done.

What I count

I keep a daily tally of five things so I can tell whether the free check is useful: that a check was started, that one was completed, that the email box was shown, that an email was submitted, and that the follow-on link was clicked.

These are counts only — a number per day. They carry no answers, no identity, no cookie, and nothing that could be traced back to a person or a session.

Cookies and third parties

Operon sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, or social tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Two third parties are involved, and you should know what they see:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and may set its own security cookies and see standard request data (such as your IP address) as part of serving and protecting it. That is the host's infrastructure, not analytics I run.
• Cal.com handles booking. If you book a call, the details you enter go to Cal.com under their privacy policy, not this one. You never have to book to use anything free on this site.

Paid engagements

If we work together, that's a different arrangement with its own written terms. Engagement work runs locally on one machine, and client material does not leave that machine without written consent. Nothing you share in an engagement is used to train anything.
